Viniyoga Students

Paul and Nancy WiesnerWe have been practicing yoga with John for two years now. “Practicing” is just the right word to describe our efforts. With John’s patient understanding and careful consideration of our special needs as “older” adults, we are benefiting from the relaxation, mental focus and regeneration yoga can offer. Because he is such a caring and competent teacher, John encourages us in our journey from where we are to where we want to be. Our experience with him has enriched our lives.
